HeyU - a fast delivery application, on Wednesday officially launched its service in the northern port city of Hai Phong, continuing its expansion plan across the country.
PHA Vietnam Company Limited, YMP Plus Company Limited, Dong Yang Vina Industry Company Limited and MiChang Vietnam Company Limited started construction of their plants in DEEP C 2A Industrial Zone in the northern port city of Hai Phong on Friday.

poured into the locality in the first quarter of 2014.
Tan Cang Maritime Services JSC has been licensed to invest VND300
